Why won't my S4 recive calls?

my s4 won't recive calls

People have been telling me they have tried phone me but they keep getting a voice message saying 'the mobile number you have called is currently unavailable please try again later' i tested this from my home phone and it's right i can still make calls from my mobile it just won't receive them anyone know what to do ? This is pecking my head

Bring the phone to your carrier - it could be something on their end (like a misprovisioned account), and they can figure it out a lot faster than we can guess at reasons.
