Why won't my Samsung Ace 3 turn on?

[AC Question]

my samsung ace 3 wont turn on

i put it on charge for the night whilst it was turned on and got up the next morning with it turned off but flashing white

Welcome to Android Central! What was flashing white? The screen or the notification LED?

Try pulling the battery for 10 seconds, then reinsert it and press and hold the Power button for 15-20 seconds. If that doesn't help, then try a new or different battery.

That doesn't sound good. Try booting into Recovery Mode and wiping the cache partition, which won't erase any personal data. Follow the steps in this video, but instead of selecting Wipe Data/Factory Reset, make sure you select Wipe Cache Partition. When complete, then select Reboot System Now.
