Why won't my Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus receive calls?

[AC Question]

My Samsung Galaxy Grand Neo Plus wont receive calls

Each time somebody calls me it goes straight to voice mail yet if i call its all fine and i can even receive one call but then its like it shut downed it calls or something and i can receive nothing at all. Please help.

Is this something that just begun or it's doing it since you got the phone?
It could be from your carrier, check with them just in case.

If you just got the phone and it's doing it always, exchange the phone for another. Unless is the carrier, change carriers.
