Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S4 boot up?

Samsung Galaxy S4 Will Not Boot Up

For some time now, the storage has been close to full capacity with no SD card. One or two days ago, I let the battery run dry. I swapped the battery for a full one, and it won't boot up. When taking out the battery and putting it back in again, the phone buzzes then the screen comes up with, "Galaxy S4," as it's supposed to. After being on for about a second-and-a-half, it disappears, shutting off the phone again. I can perform this process over and over again. The reason I take out the battery and put it back in is because the power button broke a few days ago.

My guess is that during the boot up process, the memory is filled and resorts to the on-board storage but cannot because of the full storage causing it to shut off. However, because the power button broke recently, I'm not sure which it is.

I can purchase the power connector and button online cheaply, but I'd like to get advice before buying anything.

It might be that the broken power button is slightly pressed in so when it boots up it automatically turns itself off just try and see if the inner part of the button isn't pressed in and also when turning your phone on just try this , hold your phone upside down and put the battery in and power on and see if it stays on while upside down.....
