Why won't my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505 boot up and go into recovery mode?

My Samsung galaxy s4 GT-I9505 wont boot up and wont boot into recovery mode!!!! HELP!!!!

i tried to install a custom kernel on my s4 but ever since i have not been able to boot up my phone all it does it vibrates and shows the boot logo then powers off again.

I am having the same issue and I have no idea how it happened. I am curious to see if you get any responses.

If it's not a ROM written for the 9505, the phone could be soft-bricked. Try booting to download mode. Then use Odin to flash the correct ROM.

Vibration and shutoff are also indicative of two other problems - an almost dead battery or a phone that once got wet. (Bringing a freezing cold phone into a warm house can cause enough condensation for the inside of the phone to get water damaged.)
