Why wont my Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 turn on/charge. Help!

Ok so I watched a few videos on how to fix this issue that should have been fixed before the tablet was released to the public. Yes, I have both tried holding down the power + volume up (and down) button for 20-60 seconds. I have also popped open the tablet and disconnected and reconnected the battery, still nothing. And before you ask, I have treated the tablet with the upmost care and I only get on the internet to get on my DeviantArt. Can someone tell me what else there is I can do? I have no warranty on it, so I cant send it back. I apologize if I sound angry, its just if I cant get this working I am going to have to buy another tablet to continue my art (and it will not be an android this time)

Have you tried plugging the tablet in with the charge adapter and cord that came with the tablet, while holding down Home Key + Volume up for 30-60 seconds. Your battery might have gotten to low and tripped the circuit that keeps the battery from fully depleting. If so the battery won't accept a charge until that circuit is tripped again by having a high enough voltage. Have you tried heating the battery up? That is all I can guess would be wrong. And I've had this tablet myself and let it deplete itself until it shut off. And I've done it multiple times, and never had this problem. The tablet would always charge when plugged back in, with the charge adapter and cord that came with the tablet. I hope this helps.

What is your model and screen size ? Tab 3 has different models and screen sizes and each has its specific problem.
Nobody can offer help with a generic question. Tab 3 7.0 , an upgrade firmware will fix charging issue, but Tab 3 8.0 or 10.1 , a new USB charging port will fix charging problem.
I don't know exactly your model , then I have no idea to give a specific suggestion.
