Why won't my samsung note 8 and S4 login and play SiriusXm?

I login with my info and it just stares back at me doing nothing. I have contacted Sirius tech support and they tell me it is my device and not on their end. Makes sense if it were just one device but both the note 8 and S4? Is there a setting on android that may be stopping it?

Is this in the app or web browser. I find I have a lot of issues with the web site when I have an adblocker running on the page.

It is the app SiriusXm for streaming on my phone. I wonder if it is the Avast I have installed? Maybe it is blocking it?

Guess you need to call them and find out what is going on.

Finally have it straightened out. My username was my email address. Tech support had me eliminate @gmail.com from username and that change allowed me to login.
