Why won't my Samsung S5 focus?

Samsung s5 won't focus

and powered into safe mode and I have cleared cache and I have tried 3rd party apps and still the same so if it's hardware how much is it to fix and who can fix it?

It's hardware send it back or if it's out of warranty sell it and get an iPhone 6s Plus

It might work if u shake the phone but this is a ****ty fix
It's a common fault on the S5 so your not alone
