Hi there. I am not a very techy person so forgive my ignorance. I have a Samsung S6 phone, 1 year old. I like to use TV catchup apps on my long commute to work and they have always worked without issue.
I recently took a month long trip to the USA from my home in the UK and used a T Mobile USA sim while over there. On returning home, I went back to my original sim. I have no idea if that is relevant but since then, I am unable to watch anything on All4, Demand5 etc. I can browse available shows but when I click to play, I just get a loading circle for ages and then a message saying an error occurred. I can watch videos I've recorded and YouTube works. I got so frustrated I did a full factory reset on my phone but I still can't watch anything on these apps. Any tips on how I might fix this?
