Why won't my Sharp Aquos ring?

My Sharp Aquos wouldn't ring.

All of a sudden my Aquos wouldn't ring. I had Zedge ringtones app installed. It was there for a long time but I uninstalled it and restarted the phone. Upon opening the settings, the incoming call volume was set on the lowest setting. Before getting rid of Zedge all volumes showed at full volume. Hope this helps someone.
