Why won't my ZTE Merit let me use my sd card?

why want my zte merit let me use my sd card?

I bought a zte merit from straight talk, every since i got it it won't let me transfer anything to my sd card, i've talked to customer service and they claimed they fixed it but they didn't.
What do you suggest me to do?

Welcome to Android Central! Not all devices support moving apps to SD. If you don't see the Move to SD button in any app that you select in Settings>Apps, then your phone doesn't support it. You'd have to root it and use an app like Link2SD or App Mgr III.
