Why won't promo for Galaxy tab 4 go away?

Why can't I get rid of galaxy tab 4 promo with wallpaper change? I've done it every way possible. I even restarted it afterwards & it just won't go away for good. Someone please help me. It's driving me crazy.

I know now that you have to look in your apps file and go to Galaxy Tab Screensaver and uncheck all the boxes. Then it will go away.
