Why would I not be able to connect my Galaxy S6 to my Toshiba laptop on Win10?

It is paired and the device shows up on the laptop and vice versa on the phone but I cannot select it on the phone when I turn on my Bluetooth. Usually, I turn on the Bluetooth, select the paired device from the list on my phone and it connects. Not this time. Any ideas?

Well first go on your computer and make sure the Bluetooth is on then try connect it from your laptop. I need error use Bluetooth. I would suggest using a USB cable..
