Why youtube app doesn't have bass

I mnie that The question is not constructed properly as I don't know how to write it in my sentence.

My problem comes when I launch YouTube app on my android TV, when I am listening to music the subwoofer doesn't work as I have 7.1 setup and I am using ARC to get the music from tv to Arcam AVR 750 , I've got all 7 speakers connected to it and it works well on Netflix as surround system, you can hear the heavy bass from B&W DB1 subwoofer so I know that the Android TV is capable of sending 7.1 through ARC but why does YouTube not sending the bass to the subwoofwer
