My biggest aspiration for my tablet is to turn it into a VOIP so it can be a tablet AND a phone. However, when I'm using my wifi connection on it, even sitting not 10 feet from my router which no other device in the house has a problem with, I keep getting "Bad connection, retry?" When I'm checking my gmail, searching google, watching YouTube, surfing the net, or trying to look at things in the play store. I have to hit retry sometimes 10 TIMES before I get to where I'm going! This is super frustrating! AAAAAH! Obviously I haven't even tried VOIP with this thing because I can barely use the net on the thing as it is.
I've heard people talking about using other "channels" on their router and I don't know how to do that.
I read in another thread to enable the downloads manager in application settings, but it was already enabled. I don't know what else do to!
I love my Note but I want the internet to be great! All the reviews I've read on this product say the WiFi is A+++ so I know I must be doing something wrong! HELP!
