Wi-Fi calling on unlocked UK version

Does anyone else have this problem I have an unlocked version but I can't find the setting for WiFi calling spoken to samsung who've said network needs to activate it spoke to them and been told it is working there side yet still no settings for it

You may need to flash a carrier software (EE, O2 etc) to get Wi-Fi calling, not sure if unlocked/unbranded have it.
