I keep the Wi-Fi Calling app open, and whenever I'm in Wi-Fi coverage, it asks me to register my location, which is fine. But it seems like the app is constantly asking me to save my location info, even if haven't switched locations (or even left the building). Does anyone have the problem and know how to fix it?

I have read about others having an issue like this in the past. If you call Sprint they can fix something on your account which should resolve the issue.

Did you enter the street address, city, state, and zip for that WiFi location? It says this is required for 911 services. I entered that data once for each WiFi location and I have not gotten that request again.

I have ATT and also have a 3G microcell. By 911 requirements it needs to have a GPS fix. That could be what your WIFI calling app is trying to satisfy. Every time the app thinks you have moved it may think it needs a new position fix.

Maybe. For T-Mobile it doesn't ask. It just uses GPS to find out. The only thing T-Mobile wants is a 911 address on your account.. After that you're good to go.

Ok, I'll contact sprint. It continues to ask me about my address and location, even after I've saved the info.
