Widget / Bin problem is KILLING ME!

Hi everyone,

I have the EVO 3D and have an issue in that the screen seem to be split in two.....

If I put a widget on an empty slate, it pastes it at the top of the screen. If i try to move it, it stops half way down the screen and stays greyed out, I can't even move it to the bin.

Same thing if a widget is at the bottom of the screen, it won't let me move it to the top.....

This happens with all widgets, app buttons etc... no distinction between slates either.

Does anyone know why this might be? I've already done a hard reset and it hasn't fixed the problem.

Any help that can be provided would be awesome.
