Widget for Cell Standby?

For some reason today when I rebooted when I was near my wi-fi my Bionic has the 3g/4g off. Therefore the cell standby is taking almost no power. I've had the phone on for 6 hours and I have 86% left (extended battery).

Is there a widget or program that will do this automatically?

Juice Defender does this automatically...and a switch for turning off data automatically

Ok I downloaded Juice Defender and it's saying it's turned off data because wifi is on but I see that 4g is still active.

Uninstalled Juice Defender - didn't do anything.

Hmm....doesn't do that to me. It turns off 4G when I'm on Wifi.
