Widget Resizing

Since installing ICS I have been unable to resize widgets. Widgets remain 1x1 regardless of how I try to hold or drag them. Any suggestions?

All widgets or certain widgets?

If a widget is specified as 1x1, then there's nothing you can do to change it. You may be thinking of Jelly Bean (OS 4.1). JB features widgets that resize themselves based on available space on the screen.
