Widgets Disappear

Nexus 7 w/JB using Apex Launcher. Whenever I reboot the widgets for multiple apps no longer show up. Tried to move all of these apps to internal storage - I THINK I have done so, Is there a simple way to check this? I can't figure out why this is happening and don't see it as something others are posting, so it must be me. Any help greatly appreciated.
