Yes, there are two: "Outlook Agenda" and "Outlook Inbox".

Where do I get these? I don't see them on Google Play.

They're part of the outlook preview app. I'm not familiar with how you find widgets on Samsung phones.

I'm using the Apex skin, but this may work with the default. Hold your finger anywhere on the screen, not on an icon. A window will pop up and Widgets will be an option. Click and go to Outlook.
