My wife had a Gnex that she got in Dec and always had problems with calls. I called Verizon and they offered a replacement quickly. They would not give her a Maxx at the time though. We ended up taking a Rezound.
Well the first one would lock up on a black screen just checking vm's so I called Verizon back and they sent a second one. That one would need to be rebooted every 4 hours or it would not get emails or google talk im's. I did a factory reset on it and installed no apps and had the same issue. She takes it to the store and they look at it and keep it while she is at work and confirm the same issue. Well they offer her a Maxx this time and she took it.
Yesterday was her first full day with it and when I got home she was saying I love this phone. She said she had used the phone about all day. She had used 6 hours screen time and had been of charge 13 hours lol and it had just dropped to 10% battery. I told her with some of the smart actions and other settings we can set it will actually improve that some.
