Wifi and Corporate E-Mail Issues

I'm having the email issue with wifi. When I leave a wifi spot all my email stops working except for gmail. I have to reboot the phone. The corp email keeps trying to refresh but doesn't finish. Any one else have this? Any fixes for this? I was hoping the update would fix it but it didn't.
 
email app, email settings, email delivery, make sure sync over wifi only is NOT checked...
 
I've been having some issues as well over wifi, 3G works well tho. I read somewhere else, don't remember where, that sometimes wifi doesn't like the two boxes "verify certificates" and "secure connection" to be checked off in the incoming settings. This hasn't fixed my issues however over wifi, maybe I'll have better luck after the update which I haven't gotten.
 
So I got the update today and wifi works for me now. What I did was unchecked "verify certificates" and "use secure connection" on my corporate account. Then I also set my router at home to "g only" instead of mixed or both. Just to be safe, I also added my mac address from the phone to the router and assigned it a static ip address that way it won't have to acquire one every time it goes on wifi. These solutions however only work at home, haven't tried going on any public wifi yet.
