Lately, my Note 8 has been refusing to connect to my home wifi. I've gone through every possible step from resetting network settings to wiping cache partition up to swapping out for a new phone. Error still persists. All other phones and devices connect to the wifi. Wifi is not in my name, it's provided by landlord so their customer service won't help. Any ideas before I lose my mind?

Do you have access to the router? If so, try rebooting it by unplugging its power for 30 seconds.

I dont have any advice towards a solution but I'd ask my landlord what his info is so u can call them yourself and they can perhaps troubleshoot while on phone with them.i had that issue with my smart tv.it used to connect n then it just stopped no matter what I tried so I eventually just had to buy an ethernet cord n of course no more issues.cant do that with a phone though not sure if u would want to if u could.i hope u find ur solution.good day.P.S,it wouldn't hurt to ask your landlord his info to call ur wifi provider direct to troubleshoot.it wouldnt hurt to try.

Check all your settings to make sure something isn't prohibiting it from connecting.

Did this happen after update,if not, what was u doing when it stopped suddenly connecting?

I have the same problem. After the update, I cannot connect with an error stating it can not obtain an up address. My iPhone has not problem connecting.
