Wifi authentication fails when routed to google

[AC Question]

I have no issue connecting to wifi with my Samsung S5 when it requires a password or if it is open. However, I whenever wifi requires a secondary authentication from a google redirect, the redirect page never pops up and it times out.

Try opening bing. That seems to force the authentication to pop out.
