Wifi automatically on

My daughter's mobile Samsung galaxy J 7 . When wifi is disabled and phone is connected to charger , wifi is automatically getting on-off . What is the problem how to solve. Is her mobile being hacked?

Not hacked. Go to Settings, Connections, Internet, Advanced, check your wifi control history and change your wifi sleep rules.
