So I had my Nexus for a while now, had a screen crack, had the screen changed. After a month or so I noticed that my audio port was broken, only played through the right speaker/earphone. My warranty was void since the screen change, so I decided to open up the phone and take a look at the port. It turned out that the ribbon cable that connected the jack and a few sensors to the motherboard was broken, probably during the screen change. After opening my phone for a few times I noticed that my phone doesn't find any bluetooth devices/WiFi networks. Both modems can start, but stops while finding devices. What could be the cause of it? Did I break someting important? Which parts should I try fixing/changing? Or is this somehow caused by software?

The antennas are all embedded in the back cover and, if I recall correctly, spring contacts are used to power them. Perhaps you are no longer getting good electrical contact between the rear cover (antennas) and the device electronics.

That's my best guess...

Tried pulling them up a while ago, didnt help. Thanks for the idea tho, i'll have a look at the spring contacts right now, in case I missed something..

EDIT: Opened up my phone a few mins ago, everything was fine with the contacts, at least it looked so. Also, I noticed a small flat contact on the middle of the top of the rear cover. It is slightly smaller than all other contacts and there was no spiral contact that touched it, although it had a mark on it like all other contacts, meaning something touched it for a while before. Is it something important? What is it for?

There are probably better sources but in the early parts of this video the guy points out the various antennae on the inside of the back cover as well as most of the key features of the phone's guts.
