wifi button slides back to off

[AC Question]

Jelly Bean update caused wifi to not work anymore. The wifi slide button
whips back to the off position immediately now.

All other devices in the house work fine on the wifi network.

Tried rebooting. Airplane mode on and off. Factory data reset. Cache
clearing etc.

Any thoughts?
