WiFi calling is not working on Galaxy S5 Neo, how can I fix this?

WiFi calling is not working on Galaxy S5 Neo

I have enabled wifi calling on the phone and I get the wifi calling icon in the top bar but clearly, due to drop outs during calls it is not working. Software is fully up to date and I'm only ten feet from the router. The reception here is almost non existant so it would be very handy to have. Any ideas?

Let us know if that does not correct it.
