WiFi calling issue after update

My UK unlocked phone received an update yesterday, the one that talks about camera improvements.

Since then WiFi calling has gone. The option is still there in the menu but no joy.

If I go into settings, apps, phone and clear all data it works again. But after a few minutes disappears.

Help I need:

There is a new version of the phone app on APK mirror but it won't install.

Also when I go into settings, apps, I have THREE phone apps??

Any ideas how to get the app installed?
