WIFI calling on T Mobile??

Can the Z3C do it? If so, I can't find a setting on this little powerhouse

I see this

on the Sony site, but I don't see a wifi calling option on my phone. Any tips, or can it just not be done? The one thing I will say is that I pretty much have 1 bar lte inside my home. If I go to dial a number, it instantly shoots up to 4 or 5 bars. Hang up, and it drops back down to one bar. Call quality is great. Am I on wifi calling? According to the Sony site, I should see a little phone turn from blue to green. I'm getting none of that.

Hmm. Bare with me while I try to educate myself. By default, "Only to SIP address" was checked. Am I making internet calls? If I turn on Airplane Mode, I can't make/receive calls.
