WiFi Calling on Unlocked HTC One Max on T-Mobile Network

I purchased an unlocked HTC One Max and currently have it on T-Mobiles network. I am missing the option to use WiFi calling. Is there any way to flash a rom that will support the WiFi calling?

Not so, Enik. It appears to be a part of Kit Kat. OP needs to update the device, then check again.
