Been having this problem for a while now and hoping someone has some helpful information on how to fix it.

I basically have no signal at my house and Wifi calling is essential. The problem is that the Wifi calling feature turns itself off when I leave my house, but then does not turn back on when I come home. I have to remember to manually turn it back on.

I'm certain it's a fairly recent bug. The main problem is that if someone calls me and it's off, they go straight to v-mail.

Seems like it is maybe a Verizon/Android OS problem, but I just don't know. If anyone has any experience with this problem, please let me know. Note 8 is my smartphone. Thanks.

Note just found out - even if I don't leave my house, the Wifi Calling still turns itself off.

After a fixed time? At a fixed time? What's the commonality with the turn-offs?

His problem is that WiFi calling is not turning itself back on when he comes home.

I personally have this problem myself on a regular basis.

The reason typically has to do with you phone needing to reaquire your E911 location and your phone needing to reprovision the E911 service.

Personally I don't have any Work Around, other than remembering to manually re-enable the WiFi Calling feature when you are on your home WiFi or another WiFi network you will be using WiFi Calling.
