wifi calling

hi just wondering if there is a way of permanently activating wifi calling on my s10+ I know its a feature that has to be supported by my network but they keep turning it off so I have to call and get it reinstated is there a way of stopping the feture from being blocked

If the carrier has to do something on their end to re-enable it, nothing you do on the phone will prevent that. If the support person just walks you through steps on your phone to re-enable it, why not make note of those steps so you don't have to call them every time?

Is there a common function, task, process that you go through before you realize it's been turned off? The feature shouldn't just be magically turning itself off, something being done on the phone must be causing it to happen (if the option on the phone is being turned off).
