I am using a Tmobile locked and branded V10 on Metro PCS. Wifi calling worked great the first few days, now getting connection errors.
Is anyone else having any issues with WIFI calling?

thanks

I also have a T-Mobile v10 and mine has been doing similar things over the past few days. The other day I answered a call and the other person couldn't hear me so I quickly shut off the Wi-Fi and then they were able to hear me. I have also had calls randomly drop while on Wi-Fi. Not sure what is going on though.

thanks... mine worked fine at first but now i cant even connect.. I get an ER081 connection error.
So i wonder if there is something going on with tmobile or metro network here... of course when i call metro support they are clueless and dont even know what wifi calling is..
soooo frustrating!

I'll make a note of the error code I get and I'll let you know what mine is. I'm in the middle of nowhere in MN so I thought maybe that had something to do with it but maybe not.

Our T-Mobile wifi calling has been kind of clunky since the start, which is why they're giving us an LTE Cellspot for the home. Hopefully that'll make calling inside the house better. We've needed a similar device from AT&T and Verizon as well. Something about our house prevents us from getting a strong signal from all mobile carriers unfortunately.

Same problem, same error codes (which claim that my 911 address is not registered). Called CSR to confirm address, went to Tmo store to add some software they have but problem persisted. Then I changed WiFi Calling Preferences to prefer WiFi calling when WiFi is available and that improved the situation but did not completely solve it.
