Checking to see about Wifi Calling.
Never used it.
I live out in the boonies.
Keep getting people saying they tried to call 45 times in 30 minutes, and I never picked up the phone.
I said my phone never rang.
I just called you. They asked did you get my Text.
As I was talking to them the text come threw.

Does it drop calls, or get caught between regular calling and wifi calling
Any plus's and minuses or problems with it.
I see where on my phone it says wifi calling.

Wifi calling is supposed to make up for when you have little cellular reception. For me it's gotten better with this note 7 over the note 5 but it can still be hit or miss if your wifi signal isn't strong enough. I know I had mine cut out a couple of times over the weekend when I was in my bedroom which isn't far at all from my router.

Works wonders for me. I work in a subbasement with strong wifi signal (but no windows, steel & concrete above me), and without wifi calling I'd miss calls and sms all day. Wifi calling has been great. Sometimes it's a little laggy, but totally usable, especially when the alternative is on calls at all.

I work from home 2 days a week and I love WiFi calling because I don't have to use my cell min to be on all the con calls I am on.
Plus I don't get great cell signal here so this really helps.
