WiFi connection alive but apps say "no internet"

My s7 cannot access internet in some apps.
I already tried: Restart the phone. Forget the network. And wioe cache.
But still not working.

Is this just on your home WIFI? Or on all wifi connections?
Typically if this happens, you need to reset your modem/Router and then reconnect to your network

if only some apps cannot access the Internet then maybe you have disabled some permissions for those apps
