WiFi disconnects call

I have my phone set up to use my home WiFi for data when I am at home. If I am on a call as I pull up at home and get in range, the call disconnects. Is there a way to prevent this from happening?

I think this has happened to me a couple of times...only I was connected to Wifi while at home...took at call and it disconnected me twice. Im in a good signal area, have 4 bars of sprint signal.

I never have had the issue anywhere else...

Yes it happens each time I enter my garage while on a call. And not prior to setting up WiFi

I'm sorry guys but I never had this issue and this is the first time I've ever heard of it. I also have friends that have the 3D and everything is fine.

I only have disconnect issues with data apps...not phone calls. With data, it is due to switching over from 3G to WiFi. Let us know what Sprint says about it. You have be curious now.

Ok I will give them a call. My Sprint coverage is horrible in my house and they always try selling a signal booster. Frankly, I feel I pay to be able to use my phone and don't want to have to spend the extra on the booster.

Tell them that or threaten to cancel your service and they will probably give you one for free, that's how I got mine.
