Wifi going in and out

Have a z play with Verizon and the wifi connects and then disconnects every 30 seconds to few minutes. What's the fix for this?

You could try turning off Location Scanning. Settings > Location > Three dot menu > Scanning > turn the WiFi Scanning slider to Off. See if that helps; it will also help save battery life
