WiFi Hotspot problems

I have been using the X 2nd Generation for 3 months now. However I have been unable to tether my device for using my phone's Interent on other devices. It shows that WiFi is connected on other devices but when trying to connect to the Interent it says that no internet connection was found. This happens with my IPad, My Windows laptop as well as other mobile device. Please provide a solution to this problem.

Can you tell us more?

What carrier are you on? Does your carrier allow tethering/do you have a plan that allows tethering? Are you on Lollipop?

Given the severely limited information I do have one recommendation... Go to your phone's APN settings and change the APN Protocol from IPV6 to IPV4.

Yes my carrier allows tethering. And I am using Lollipop
