WiFi Hotspot toggle in quick settings?

Anyone know of a way to add this to the quick settings pull down?

Not unless you add a 3rd party notification bar launcher.

Unfortunately, it's not there. My unlocked S6 had a quick setting for it, so I'm not sure why this one doesn't... unless it's another thing the carrier mucked around with? I'm on AT&T, and they also have they persistent WiFi notification when you are connected to WiFi that is just plain silly.
