Wifi issue

Hi, I just got this phone 2 days ago, and so far this phone seems amazing.

However, I am having a problem with wifi. It is constantly disconnecting and reception fluctuates a lot. I have found if I turn off "Mobile Data" in settings, it stops disconnecting, though reception still fluctuates. I seem to remember someone here posting a similar issue and fixed it by un-installing some app.

Has anyone else experienced this? Does anyone know what that app is? Or have any other fixes for this? I don't have this problem with my iPhone, HTC One, iPad, or laptop and I have unplugged and reset the router and the problem still persists.

I have also had similar problems. If I stop and restart my wifi on the phone it will then work again. Usually happens when my phone has been just hanging out around the house doing nothing like overnight or at least several hours. Any expert advice is welcome. Btw I love my Optimus G Pro regardless!

Try updating your wireless router. Mine had an update and it fixed all my problems.

Kinda wierd, it seems to have fixed itself. Havent had any problems now for the last 2 days. I did install the snapdragon battery app around the time it fixed itself, not sure if that had anything to do with it. Thanks for your suggestions.
