Wifi issue

Why does my LG G4 constantly try to access unknown wifi spots even though I don't see anything in settings to enable or disable this? Just started doing this a week ago.

Go to Settings>Wi-fi, tap Menu>Advanced, and turn off Always Allow Scanning. Also, are any of those unknown wi-fi spots actually saved on your phone? Try to forget them.
