Wifi keeps turning back on

Since the update, even if I turn it off, wifi keeps turning itself back on. Is this an ICS bug, or am I missing something here?

Its cause you have automatic connections on...go to settings - under wireless and networks click more - mobile networks - connection optimizer - uncheck

I don't have this on and my wifi still turns on by itself.

For AT&T subscribers, just disable the "AT&T Smart Wi-Fi".

Wow this has been bothering me for days but just found out that all you need to do is simply go to wifi and "forget" your saved network
