Dear everyone,
A few weeks ago I received a Huawei phone as a present and it's working fine, appart from when I'm at school, it won't connect to the wifi signal. My previous phone did and so does my tablet/laptop, the IT helpdesk at school can't figure it out either. It's a protected network so they have re-set my password several times to figure it out. I have no clue about this sort of thing so if you have any ideas that would be great.
I can't reset/turn of any router because it's from my university.
I tried resetting password turning phone on and off, factory reset, rebooting but nothing has worked so far, any ideas?
