wifi on my android tv box stops at 25%

wifi says good strength but stops every time i try to open program and says can't fetch data

Good strength ... to your router, or to the server it's trying to fetch data from? Good strength to your router means nothing if your router can't get to the server.

do a power cycle on the router, unplug it for a 20 count then plug back in and see if it helps
