Wifi passwords on home network no remembered

I have a Netgear router and two Huawei WS320 wireless repeaters to provide a signal in bits of my house where the signal from the router is weak.
The repeaters are working fine. My issue is that when I go into one of these areas and try to login to the stronger signal as shown by Wifi Analyzer app I have to enter the password each time. I had hoped the phone would just retune to the strongest signal but now accept that it does not. However I do expect that when I log in to a signal source on the same network that the phone might remember the password. Is that too much to hope for??

Your repeaters are most likely generating a unique IP address and are seen as a new gateway.

See if you can configure them to have the same IP address as the Netgear...
