Wifi printing with data on? Is it possible?

This past holiday we got a wifi printer, a hp envy 5660e. The trouble is that when we cant print web pages from the s4 because it switches the data off to allow the wifi printer connection. Is this possible; to have data on (even with teether on) and have access to the wifi network?

That's not possible, since you're trying to use 2 internet connections at the same time. But if you use an app like Cloud Print, you can print using a mobile data connection too (I just tried it). You have to set your printer up to be used by Google Cloud Print, but that takes a minute.
