WiFi Priority?

Is there any way to put the WiFi Networks into any priority when it comes to connecting? I am sitting here, 5 feet from my downstairs router and my phone keeps trying to connect to the one upstairs, 35 feet away. I don't have any XFinity apps installed so I don't know why it tries to connect to it every time, even though it is the weakest signal. I don't want to forget it because if I go into a building with poor LTE there is always an XFinity network within reach.

I have not been able to find a way to set priority. I was having the same issue. I finally shut off my xfinity hotspot from transmitting and only have my router. Seems to work.
